Fresh pineapple chili sauce
Spicy Pineapple sauce is made from pineapple torn to full maturity. The hotness is ensured by white and yellow chili peppers, which support the unique color of this sauce. Turmeric, ginger and dark red Kampotka pepper enhance the taste of the sauce with an excellent balance of salt, sugar and vinegar.

Using Spicy Pineapple Chili Sauce

You can enjoy the sauce with light meat or fish, the combination with goat cheese is also excellent. You can add the sauce to mayonnaise to dampen its Cambodian heat and enjoy its amazing taste more.

Contains pineapple, vinegar, yellow chilli, ginger, brown sugar, dark red Kampot pepper, salt, lime and turmeric. Energy value 310kJ / 74kcal, Fats 0.9g (of which saturated 0.2g), carbohydrates 14.7g (of which sugars 7.7g), proteins 1.5g, salt 0.4g - data per 100ml of product.

Production

The sauce is made directly in Cambodia, in the Kampot region, near La Plantation. The sauces are made from fresh fruit and spices and cooled and bottled immediately after cooking. No preservatives, glutamate, dyes or other auxiliaries are used. Shake the sauce before use, store in the refrigerator after opening.
